Oxeon Consulting offers access to specialist “retail sector investors”. Our competitive edge comes from our extensive experience of working within the sector at all levels. Oxeon Consulting is a ‘new age’ luxury fashion consultancy that is able to assist in all aspects of running and/or growing a fashion label, from design inception through to store development. In addition to established brands, we want to help the designers of today become the stars of tomorrow. We are looking to partner with ambitious or rapidly growing designers where we can add value through relevant, specialist knowledge and connections.

Phase Focus
We aim to construct a phase-neutral portfolio for our investors. As a result, we make investments from seed stage upwards. Our specialist focus has recently been working with successful ambitious designers looking to make an impact on the global scene.

Investment Amounts
Archetypal investment rounds are in the range from £200,000 to £2 million. A typical strategy from Oxeon Consulting is an initial amount of £200,000 to £1,500,000 and we would anticipate to follow this money with additional investments in subsequent funding rounds.

Board
Following investment we would expect to join the company’s Board of Directors and leverage our extensive sector relationships. Oxeon Consulting will only invest in a company where we feel we add significant value. In all instances we expect the uppermost principles of investor reporting and corporate governance.

After initial contact, we will also need an executive summary of your business plan, 12-month cash flow forecast and summary 3-year P&L forecast.  If you do not have a business plan or financial forecast, Oxeon Consulting is able to help construct these documents for you – something we regularly do when working with new clients.
